Motorra Privacy Policy

Data we collect

Motorra processes account data, email address, profile information, phone number, garage records, favorites, bookings, service history, chats, and reviews to provide the app's features.

If the user grants permission, Motorra uses device location for maps, route building, navigation, and nearby service search.

Location

Location is requested only after user permission. Motorra does not display a user's precise current location to other users.

Storage and service providers

App data is stored and processed through Supabase and service providers necessary for authentication, synchronization, bookings, chats, and app operation. Motorra does not sell personal data.

Account and data deletion

Users can delete their account in the app: Profile → Delete account. Users who cannot access the app can request deletion by emailing info@air.tj from the account email address.

When an account is deleted, Motorra deletes the user profile, garage records, favorites, bookings, and history, except data that may need to be retained for legal, security, anti-fraud, or dispute-resolution reasons.
